Interchange Gippsland We support people with disabilities to thrive. Interchange Gippsland is NDIS registered. We provide services for people with disabilities of all ages.

The types of support we provide include:

- one-to-one support (we match you with the right person to provide the support you need)
- activity programs (with a small group of people doing fun learning activities)
- support coordination services


We work closely with you and your family at your home or out in the community. All our services are based on your individual needs and aspirations. We ai

Interchange Central Gippsland is a child safe organisation and we adhere to Child Wise standards in the development and production of all our promotional material and newsletters, recruitment documents (including advertisements and application forms) and in electronic communication media involving our internet, intranet and social media pages.

Interchange Gippsland has some fantastic activities coming up in the spring🌸 school holidays! There is the HOP Jr group for children aged 5-8 years old and the HOP group for children aged 9-12 years old.

Interchange Gippsland is turning 40🎂 this year, and we’re excited to invite you to join the celebrations!🎈 To mark this incredible milestone, we’re hosting three special events across Gippsland throughout October🎊

From our beginnings in the Latrobe Valley area to our growth across the region, these celebrations will honour four decades of connection and community.💙💛 The festivities will begin with lead-up events in Bass Coast and East Gippsland, before concluding with a Grand Gala Event🍾 in Latrobe Valley at the end of October!

📣FREE TRIP FOR CARERS!

Interchange Gippsland is excited to be hosting its 10th Carer Camino this coming October! 🎉

Gippsland carers of people with disabilities are invited to lodge an Expression of Interest for Interchange Gippsland’s Carer Camino, scheduled for 20th - 23rd October 2026. 💛

Take time out from your caring role to focus on improving your wellbeing by walking the Great Southern Rail Trail🌳 from Fish Creek to Port Welshpool. This fully supported activity includes long walks👣, great food, morning meditation, facilitated discussions, and the creation of a personal wellbeing plan. 🙌

“Learning new skills to be able to take care of myself to be able to continue to care for others and acknowledging that if I put my mind to it I can accomplish and achieve my own goals.” - Carer Camino Attendee April 2026 👥

The Carer Camino is for Gippsland carers of people eligible for services under the Disability Services Act.

Game on! 🎮✨

ROADIES had another great adventure🚀 last weekend, heading to the Game On Entertainment Centre🕹 in Cranbourne. With arcade games👾 and lots of virtual reality💫 activities, there was something new for everyone to try! Plus, a game of tenpin bowling🎳 to finish off a great weekend!🌟
