We support people with disabilities to thrive. Interchange Gippsland is NDIS registered. We provide services for people with disabilities of all ages.

The types of support we provide include:

- one-to-one support (we match you with the right person to provide the support you need)
- activity programs (with a small group of people doing fun learning activities)
- support coordination services

We work closely with you and your family at your home or out in the community. All our services are based on your individual needs and aspirations. We ai

Footy Fun!🏈

Georgia had a fabulous time during her one-to-one shift with Community Access Worker Aimee over the weekend, heading down to Melbourne🏙 to watch the AFL!

Georgia is a St Kilda🔴⚪️⚫️ supporter and loved getting her face painted before the game at Marvel Stadium! Plus, St Kilda had a close win against GWS, so overall it was a fantastic day!🏆

Interchange Gippsland is excited to be hosting its 10th Carer Camino this coming October! 🎉

Gippsland carers of people with disabilities are invited to lodge an Expression of Interest for Interchange Gippsland’s Carer Camino, scheduled for the 20th to 23rd of October 2026. 💛

Take time out from your caring role to focus on improving your wellbeing by walking the Great Southern Rail Trail🌳 from Fish Creek to Port Welshpool. This fully supported activity includes long walks👣, great food, morning meditation, facilitated discussions, and the creation of a personal wellbeing plan. 🙌

The Carer Camino is for Gippsland carers of people eligible for services under the Disability Services Act.

Gippsland Groovers💃🕺

Once a month on a Friday night, Interchange Gippsland has a group attend Gippsland Groovers🎶. Last Friday, the group went to the Warragul Downtowner for dinner🍝 and then danced🕺 the night away. Everyone had a great time and can’t wait for next month!🎤✨
