- activity programs (with a small group of people doing fun learning activities)
- support coordination services
We work closely with you and your family at your home or out in the community. All our services are based on your individual needs and aspirations. We aim to create fun, meaningful experiences, to help you develop new skills and relationships so you can live your life as you would like to. Interchange Central Gippsland is a child safe organisation and we adhere to Child Wise standards in the development and production of all our promotional material and newsletters, recruitment documents (including advertisements and application forms) and in electronic communication media involving our internet, intranet and social media pages.
