Hugo’s brave battle against Lymphoma Roy, Liz, Archer & Hugo Ansted are much loved members of the Molong Community. Recently, 11 year old Hugo was diagnosed with Lymphoma.

This page will share fundraising initatives so that we as a community can help ease the financial burden on the family.

‘Top Pub Fishing Club’ and ‘Molong Golf Club’ came together recently and organised an epic day of golf, food and fun times for all! These two organisations (driven by some very passionate and generous locals) managed to raise over $10,000 for the Ansted Family. On behalf of Roy, Liz, Archer, Hugo and their extended family, thank you so, so much for your efforts. The support from locals has been incredible, and the Ansted family are completely overwhelmed for the kindness shown to them during the most difficult time.
There really is no better community than Molong. We are all so blessed 💕.

Beginning tomorrow, will be a Novena prayer dedicated to Hugo. A Novena prayer goes for 9 days. It only takes a short couple of minutes, and can be done at a time that suits you best. There is no pressure to participate, but for those interested to join this 9 day prayer (whenever you may be in the world!), please see the pictures attached. Any prayers for Hugo’s recovery will be greatly appreciated by the Ansted family. Thank you to Nicola for arranging this Novena.
