Pst- You might have heard the Buzz thats going around, we have places available on 11th of march for our first program "Bee Free" being held by Hamish at Bowral Beekeeping if your interested but hesitant because you have questions here are some with some quick answers;
1. Who is legible for participation? If you currently are OR have been a first responder - doctor, nurse, paramedic, fire fighter or police officer, or currently serving or discharged from defence services.
2. How can I get there? Bowral beekeeping is a short stroll from Bowral train station, and street parking is available.
3. Do I have to pay anything? NO the spaces are fully paid for. The initiative includes a 1 day session with Hamish to get a taster for what it would be like to be a beekeeper. For those interested, a Hive can be provided at home, and for those who don't have a yard Bowral Beekeeping can arrange access at location, with 12 months worth of mentoring.
4. Is it anonymous? The only people who will the circumstances of your participation will be us, Bowral beekeeping, and you. This is for insurance purposes and respecting your privacy.
5. What information do I need to provide? We simply need your name, some contact details and a service/ registration number.
