We’re grateful for the donations received through Cooleman Court’s e‑waste collection points. These bins make it easy to dispose of unwanted electronics responsibly, helping valuable items stay in use rather than going to waste.

Where it’s safe and appropriate, donated electronics can be assessed, refurbished and redirected back into the community. This approach reduces waste and helps us make better use of what already exists.

If you have unused electronics (e-waste) at home, including mobile phones, batteries and printer cartridges, consider using the e‑waste drop‑off at Cooleman Court and create a more sustainable community.

Today is World Environment Day, a time to reflect on the importance of protecting and caring for our environment.

At Goodies Junction, this is something we are deeply passionate about. As a reuse facility, we help give pre‑loved donations a second life and keep reuseable itmes out of landfill. Over the past year, we have seen so many inspiring examples of this in action, from items refurbished by our talented customers, to furniture renewed through reupholstering or repairs, and entirely new creations made from everyday objects such as utensils.

Today, and every day, we remain committed to doing our part for the environment, and we invite you to join us in making a positive difference.

National Reconciliation Week (27 May to 3 June 2026) invites us to reflect, listen and act. Under this year’s theme, All In, Goodies Junction reaffirms our commitment to walking together on the ongoing journey of reconciliation.

Our team at Goodies Junction Mitchell, marked the week by creating a gorgeous display using the colours of the theme, pink, blue and green, as a visible reminder that reconciliation is not symbolic for us, but grounded in respect, solidarity and action.

We honour the strength, culture and continuing contributions of First Nations peoples, and recognise that being All In means learning, showing up and standing alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, now and into the future.
