Five years in the making, planting, harvesting, laughing and drinking tea or coffee in this lovely productive garden has come to an end.
Millthorpe Edible Gardens has ceased to be.
A sad but fun morning was had today, removing the infrastructure, soil and garden tools etc to clear the block. This would not have been possible without the huge effort by Jamie, from Millthorpe Constructions who worked tirelessly in his tractor to remove the beds.
We whole heartedly appreciate the donation of the space by John who supplied us with coffee after our Sunday sessions in the garden and was always willing for MEGs members to enter the garden.
It’s been a fun five years!!
