⚡ A Significant Step Towards Standards Harmonization
This technical session was particularly significant as it forms part of the IIEE-ANZ initiative toward the harmonization and alignment of electrical standards between Australia/New Zealand and the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
As a first step, IIEE-ANZ recognizes the importance of information, awareness, and knowledge-sharing, particularly in helping electrical engineers and practitioners understand the Australian/New Zealand standards, their underlying principles, and their application in practice.
Through sessions such as this, IIEE-ANZ aims to provide a platform for professionals to learn, compare, exchange knowledge, and build greater understanding of electrical standards and practices across jurisdictions.
This initiative supports our broader vision of strengthening professional collaboration and contributing to meaningful dialogue toward greater understanding and potential alignment of standards between the Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand.
From awareness, to understanding, to collaboration; one step at a time.
The success of this event reflects the collective commitment of our members and partners to professional development, technical excellence, knowledge-sharing, and international collaboration.
To everyone who attended, participated, supported, and contributed to the programme — THANK YOU!
Your presence and participation continue to inspire IIEE-ANZ to create more opportunities for professional growth and meaningful engagement within our engineering community.
