Soap Aid is proud to support Rotary District 9815 with a donation of 480 bars of soap for their Care Pack Project 💚

Care packs were distributed through City Mission Hobart and City Mission Launceston, providing practical support, dignity and care to people experiencing hardship.

What an incredible weekend at the Combined District Conference!

From the Friday activities, to the First Timers Breakfast, inspiring conference speakers, the Gala Night, Foundation Breakfast and wonderful musical entertainment, the whole event was a huge success.

It was fantastic to see so many people connecting, learning, laughing and truly enjoying the experience. The smiles on people’s faces said it all, a weekend filled with friendship, inspiration and great Rotary spirit.

Thank you to everyone who attended, contributed and helped make it such a memorable and successful conference. What a wonderful celebration of all that Rotary is about!

What a privilege it was to serve as Master of Ceremonies at the 9815 & 9830 Rotary District Conference in Hobart. 🎤

A huge thank you to District Governors Peter Behm and Craig Perkins for the invitation and the trust to help guide such a fantastic event.

Conferences like these don’t just happen, they’re the result of a huge amount of work behind the scenes...I should know with my own conference next weekend. 😱

A special shout out to Conference Chair Monique Smith, my wonderful co-emcee Maree, and the many dedicated Rotarians and volunteers working quietly (and not so quietly Wil Cornelissen) in the background to make everything run so smoothly.

Rotary conferences are always special, a chance to reconnect with friends, share ideas, celebrate the good we do in our communities and be reminded why we do what we do.

Grateful for the opportunity and already looking forward to the next opportunity to be the MC. 😀
