Sharron Jones, Ukraine, Israel and Global 🇺🇦 🇮🇱 🌍

ACTIVITIES
- Providing grief and trauma counselling and prayer for wounded soldiers, refugees and people displaced by conflict.
- Training pastors, diplomats, school teachers, NGO leaders and medical personnel in mental health and trauma first aid.
- Preaching in churches and equipping pastors to care for their congregations’ spiritual and emotional health.

Last August in Japan, a Vacation Bible School became the beginning of an ongoing relationship. Through the ministry of 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗜 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗺𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗼, a large nursing home opened its doors, inviting teams back every few months to run activities and spend time with residents.

At Christmas, the gospel and the true reason for the season were shared. There was some uncertainty about whether that would be the last invitation. Instead, the door 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻, with more program dates locked in.

God continues to work through faithfulness and presence.

Scott and Toni Johnson, BRAVE Ministry - Cambodia 🇰🇭

ACTIVITIES
- Serving with BRAVE Ministry which works in partnership with local churches to equip and resource pastors to create healthy, thriving communities of faith.
- Educating children, including through an early childhood and primary learning centre, and secondary and tertiary scholarships.
- Providing practical support to demonstrate the love of Jesus, including through food, medicine and water filtration devices.

In Indonesia, a powerful story is unfolding. When 18 months ago, a couple was drawn out of spiritual darkness from the majority religion and baptised, God was planning something that no one yet saw. Now, through the leadership of ACCI field workers Leighton and Grace Gallagher, they have sensed God’s call into mission.

This family are now ministering to a local unreached people group, sharing their testimony and hope with others. Over the past six months, they have been growing deeply in faith through mobilisation training, taking courageous steps forward.

Their journey is a beautiful reminder of how God continues to transform lives and send people out.

From our ACCI field workers Michael and Rhianon Walls in Vietnam 🇻🇳

Last December, a young woman responded differently to a familiar conversation. The year before, she’d brushed off the Christmas story completely. This time, when asked about the virgin birth and the angel appearing to Mary, she paused and said she was “50/50”.

When asked why, her answer was simple: “If it really was an angel from God, how could you ignore that?”

Moments like this remind us of the power of open conversations - to walk patiently with people, stay present in the journey, and keep believing for those we’re reaching.
