We have a Team dedicated to helping Melbourne Based Residents, whom English is not their first language; we educate them on responsible Pet Ownership, ensuring their Pets are Desexed, Microchipped and Vaccinated. We assist them with Vet Bookings, Payment and Transportation... by doing this, we are significantly impacting on Overcrowding problems in Pounds and Shelters throughout the State. We currently assist several Pounds throughout Victoria, by offering Rescue to Domestic Animals that would otherwise be Euthanised for being scared, or needing medical attention. We Fundraise daily so we can meet all Medical requirements of Animals in our Care. Our Feral Cat Rehabilitation Program is dedicated to Rescuing Scared/Feral/Aggressive Cat’s from Pound Euthanasia Lists. We have a 100% Success rate, and are proud of our Teams Dedication. We've never met a Cat that couldn't be Loved. No one should be Euthanised just because they are scared !!! Our long term goal:
We are in the process of establishing affordable Community Veterinary Clinics throughout Victoria... starting in highly Populated, and fast growing Municipal 'Wyndham'. We want to make Vet Care affordable to everyone. This is crucial to our Mission, in ensuring the Breeding Cycle stops for thousands of Domestic and Stray Cats. This will also result in the reduction of undesexed Kittens being given away 'Free to Good Home'... where they will then, continue the Breeding Cycle. We want to propose to all Local Governments throughout Australia... a Plan to adopt a 'NO KILL' policy within Pounds and Shelters. Instead, we should be offering Rescue to all Animals, and educating Australians via a repetitive National Media Campaign about the importance of Desexing Pets, and keeping Cat’s indoors overnight. Together, we can do this!..because a Rescue Kitty, is the Best Kitty! and... no Animal should be Euthanised, just because she is scared! We rely on Donations to continue our very important work for the Community, as we are all Volunteers. All Donations over $2 are Tax deductible.
