Bullying can change the way a child sees themselves and for eight-year-old Frankie, it slowly took away the confidence and joy that made her who she was.

After leaving a team sport to try something new, Frankie found herself being deliberately excluded and questioning whether anyone would ever like her again. The bullying continued until one day she came home from school and told her parents she didn't want to be on this Earth anymore.

That was the moment her family knew something had to change.

Her family helped rebuild her confidence and find her spark again and from that something incredible happened. Turning her painful experience into hope for others, she's on a mission to raise funds for Dolly's Dream. 💙

So much of growing up can feel like trying to fit in. To look a certain way, act a certain way or like the same things as everyone else.

But real confidence doesn't come from changing yourself to meet someone else's expectations.
It comes from embracing what makes you different and being comfortable with who you are, even when it feels easier to follow the crowd.

The things that make you unique aren't flaws to fix — they're part of what makes you, YOU!

You don't need to change to belong. The right people will appreciate you for exactly who you are. 💙🦋

Our community are spreading kindness, one hi-vis shirt at a time!

Whether you're wearing it on a mine site, behind the wheel or on the farm, you're helping take an important message into workplaces across Australia.

Every shirt starts conversations about kindness and looking out for one another. It's also a BIG reminder that being brave doesn't always mean having all the answers. Sometimes, it might just mean speaking up, checking in on a mate, or asking for help when you need it.

Our message to "Speak, even if your voice shakes" is for everyone, but it's especially important in industries where people can feel pressure to stay silent or tough things out alone.

Some days can feel like you're pushing uphill. When it seems like everything is going against you, it can be easy to wonder if it's worth keeping going.

But as Henry Ford once said: an airplane seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind. 💙

The challenges you're facing today don't define where you'll end up. They can help build your strength, resilience and courage for what's ahead.

If today feels hard, be gentle with yourself. Take one small step, ask for help if you need it, and remember that you don't have to face difficult moments alone.

Because of you, our INCREDIBLE community, this year's Do It For Dolly Day was our biggest yet!

Together, schools, workplaces, sporting clubs, community groups, partners and thousands of incredible supporters across Australia raised an amazing $2,307,009 to help fund Dolly's Dream's vital Bullying Support Services and school workshops.

Every dollar raised helps us provide free support for families, deliver bullying prevention education in schools, and empower young people to speak up, ask for help and look out for their mates.

Behind every dollar is a person who chose kindness. 💙

A community that came together to say bullying has NO place here!
