This Saturday night! 🔊👬
Tjum Tjumba expands the catalogue and heads to QQQ St. Park to celebrate the debut EP from Brothers — a three-track release that blends ambient sounds of Country, organic percussion and electronic textures.
Formed by Gunditjmara siblings Samuel and Seth Nolan, Brothers is a project grounded in spirit, culture and community. Their self-titled EP begins that story: Connections, featuring the voice of Butchulla Songman Fred Leone, is a meeting place of past and future where brooding basslines and melodic builds echo connection to Country and spirit. Kalngeen (meaning “fun” in Gunditjmara language) captures the feeling of moving through Country, where birdsong and bush sounds stir rhythm into being. Reflections gently weaves organic and electronic elements into a flowing cycle that embodies the balance between stillness and motion.
It’s a body of work that carries culture, tells story, and invites listeners into a shared space of movement and reflection.
Full lineup TBC.
As always, free entry for First Nations. Flick us an email: [email protected]
QQQ ST. Park is accredited by Equal Access and is a fully wheelchair accessible venue.
