Meeniyan Community Cupboard The Meeniyan Community Cupboard is a volunteer run service that provides non-perishable household items for those that need this support.

For general enquiries please contact Rosie on 0438 644 230. Monetary donations can be made at the Meeniyan IGA to the Meeniyan Community Cupboard account. Non-perishable (within date) items can be donated into the opaque container next to the Cupboard or in the bottom shelf. For perishable items (including meat, dairy, fruit veg, bread) please contact Rosie on 0438 644 230.

The Xmas bbq late Friday afternoon/evening was very successful.
Huge thanks to so many contributors:
Lindsay Moore for the magnificent Rotary funding contribution to the bbq and a delicious Christmas cake. (Already cut and ready to go).
The Men's Shed for their superb culinary skills and warmly engaging with our MCC clients.
Kaelene IGA Meeniyan for gathering all the necessary bbq items for us.
Everyone had a relaxing and hospitable time and our MCC clients were thrilled to take home the leftovers and expressed to us what a great time they'd had.
Thanks again everyone.

🎄Christmas is nearly upon us and we are celebrating with a BBQ this Friday from 5pm at the Meeniyan Recreation Reserve.
All our users, supporters and anyone with an interest in MCC are very welcome.
We look forward to seeing you there. 🎄

MCC is still going strong! This is thanks to our generous local supporters. There is however an increasing need for support and we would love to receive donations of non-perishable food, household and hygiene items, to keep the Cupboard stocked. You can donate by dropping items into the Meeniyan IGA or donate directly into our bank account BSB: 633000 ACC: 204514202.
At the moment our funds are only allowing us to purchase essential non-perishable food items so any donation will be much appreciated.
