Fern Tree Playgroup Fern Tree playgroup is a community playgroup for families with babies and young children to 5 years old.

We meet at the Community hall weekly during school terms. Playgroup is an informal group and always welcomes new families.

Hi lovely Playgroup families 🌿

As many of you know, once a year we run a little cake stall at the Fern Tree Book Fair, and it’s our only fundraiser for the whole year. It helps us keep Playgroup free and accessible for all families, something that means so much to me 💛

I wanted to gently put the feelers out, if anyone enjoys baking and would like to contribute something small (cookies, slices, muffins, cupcakes… anything at all!), we would be so incredibly grateful.

There’s absolutely no pressure, just an open invitation if you’d like to be part of it in this way.

Hi everyone! With schools closed tomorrow due to industrial action, I know some families may have extra kiddos at home.
Older siblings are more than welcome at Playgroup to make things a bit easier, bringing along a book or small activity for them is a great idea! 😊

Tomorrow we’re celebrating National Playgroup Week and would love to see you all there 🥳

Come along for a fun, relaxed morning with play activities for the kids and a build-your-own pancake station (because everything’s better with pancakes!)😄

Bring a friend, meet other local families, and enjoy a cuppa while the little ones play.
