Just a reminder that our Repair Café is happening this weekend! Every item you repair instead of replace keeps valuable materials out of landfill. Even fixing a single lamp or mending a pair of jeans makes a difference - imagine what we can achieve together.

Bring along your wobbly chairs, ripped clothes, lamps that won’t light, or small appliances that need a little love. Let’s repair, share skills, and enjoy a cuppa while we do it.

✨ Coming Soon: DIY Classes at the Community Tool Library! ✨

We’re excited to share that starting next year, we’ll be offering a series of hands-on DIY workshops right here at MACE.

Whether you’ve always wanted to learn how to patch a wall, fix a wobbly chair, or build something beautiful from scratch — these classes will help you gain confidence, learn new skills, and have some fun along the way.

🛠️ Planned workshops include:

Basic Hand Tools & Home Fix-It 101
Painting & Plaster Repair
Simple Woodworking Projects (like planter boxes & birdhouses)
Furniture Upcycling
Beginner Tiling
Tool Care & Maintenance

Each class will be small and practical — perfect for beginners, renters, and home improvers alike!
