It may be the offseason and our legends had a few quiet weeks but they’re in behind the scenes making some much needed BIG changes. Our little club is growing and we’re running out of room! Such a good problem to have.

So… you may notice somethings missing… like a wall & dingy little storage room no one wanted to go in. More coming up so watch this space 👏🏼

A huge thank you to Gaz, Bernese, Simon, Clint, Michelle & Dan for taking time on your Saturday! And a special mention to our Besties Cameron's H Hardware Batemans Bay thank you for letting us borrow your delivery truck so we could take a heap of stuff to the tip.

How amazing is our community?! The legends of Durras are hosting DurrasFest! Raising funds for our lifesaving Call Out Hub! Since we’ve opened our Call Out Hub at Durras we’ve reduced our response times to that area from 45mins to 8mins. Exceptional right?
Make sure you have your ticket cause it’s going to be a cracker of an event 🌊🤙🏼

SPECIAl ANNOUNCEMENT: Thanks to Sydney Water we're back for 2026!

Series carnival dates are

• Round 1 - Saturday 7 November
• Round 2 - Sunday 8 November
• Round 3 - Saturday 21 November
• Round 4 - Saturday 5 December

Locations are to be advised.

If Illawarra and South Coast Clubs are interested in hosting a round of the Series, they are asked to email

2 of our newest boat crews learning to row with sweep Neil Innes but excited that we have two new sweeps coming on board to take the girls on there rowing adventure.
The baby banshees or as they like to be called The Belugas. (Two of the banshees daughters) And yet to be named Under 19 ladies who are two sisters to this years state rep u/19 boys and Batemans Bay Stroke Legend Wayne Coppins daughter , Layla plus 1. We are very excited!
