Exciting Changes Ahead! 🚀 Check out the new signage for our Bridge North sites in Macleod, Greensborough, and Thomastown!

We’re thrilled to unveil our new signage across our sites, marking the next step in our incredible transition from IDV to The Bridge! 🌟 This fresh look symbolises growth, innovation, and a renewed focus on what matters most: empowering lives of the people with disabilities in those areas.

Clients in these areas can now enjoy a wide range of services, including day programs, support coordination, personalized support, recreational and respite care, pre-employment training, supported employment, opportunities through the Disability Employment Services (DES) program, and Supported Independent Living (SIL). These services can be accessed simultaneously or gradually, tailored to each client's unique pathway at The Bridge.

Exciting news! IDV Inc. and The Bridge Inc. have teamed up!

By merging with The Bridge, we're expanding our services to reach and support even more people throughout Melbourne. Now united under the name The Bridge, this collaboration brings together two organisations with a shared passion for providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities. This partnership isn't just about growing our services; it's about creating new opportunities for dedicated professionals in the disability sector as well.

We're thrilled to offer quality services in One-to-One support, Day Services, Supported Employment, Transition to Employment Services (SLES), Specialised Accommodation, and Recreational/Respite across Melbourne's North and Southeast regions.

The 11th of November was a moment to celebrate for IDV's Aurora supervisor Charlie Jenkins. Charlie celebrated 32 years employment with IDV, many of which has been with the organisation's ADE Aurora. Charlie is pictured here with another long term Aurora employee Kim Kilfoyle on the job.

This is what it’s all about - outcome driven services!

Matthew has engaged with our customised employment team to discover what options are available in his local community.

An informational interview with a business identified a match and provided a valuable solution for Opal!

Matthew has now been working for 3 months and IDV Inc. have provide mentor supports that set Matthew up to succeed in his employment.

The best part of our role is the natural supports are working so well we will start to fade out - if anything changes we fade back in!

On Sunday our supported Independent Living team was able to celebrate the retirement of a long term team member Jennifer 👏👏👏 Our participants have been able to experience their best life with the team that’s works along side them supporting their goals, aspirations and always being a passionate advocate!
