SPONSORSHIP INVOICE
Hey guys we have a heap of invoice that are yet to be paid for our EOY Hi point buckles. These have been emailed again today. Please check your junk mailbox also if it’s not in your inbox. We really need these paid as our awards night is just around the corner.

🎉🎉REMINDER- If you had put your hand up to sponsor a high point winner-🎉🎉
1) all invoices where sent out on the 22nd May 2026, these may have gone to your junk so please ensure you check there. If they aren’t there please reach out so we can resend them to you.
2) all invoice payments for high point sponsorship are due back by 20th June 2026.
3) if you’re unable to be present to present the category you have been invoiced for please let us know if there’s someone else you’d like to present for you or if you’d like a member of the committee to present on your behalf.

Book the date in. Winners and runner ups will be announced on the night. Plus there is an overall hi point winner. Great prizes on offer. Come and have dinner and support those that are in the winners circle. We hope to see u all there for a great night.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL UPDATE!
All is sorted and the link in the emails now works🎉🎉🎉
Reminder that memberships are due for renewal by the 30th of this month.

Only annual members are eligible for our EOY high point awards 2027 so if you’re wanting to be in the running for them make sure you join as an annual member, day members points are wiped after the event, your tally only begins to accumulate from the day you join as an annual member with a 0 starting point as was the same with this past year.

Hi all,
Just a quick post to let you all know I am aware of the issue with the membership renewal emails and the fact that it’s saying you’re already a member when you click on the renewal link, I have sent an email off to them to see what’s going on and hope to hear back this week.
All memberships will expire on the 30th of June and will need to be renewed for the next financial year. Hoping I can get this sorted for everyone soon 🤞🏼🤞🏼

8:30am start tomorrow. If you are a new rider make sure you come down to the show office in the morning to collect your horses numbers. Office will be open at 7:30am. See you all in the morning.

Don’t forget the pony club canteen will be operating
