Right now, across the Yarra Ranges, people are sleeping in cars, in shopfronts, in the bush, and in crisis. And right now - because of people like you - Holy Fools is there.

Every week, we serve hot meals, open our shower, hand out clothing and blankets, and walk alongside people who have nowhere else to turn. Felix House. Street Angels. We show up.

What a night! 🌟

Last night's Street Smarts Trivia Night was everything we hoped it would be - laughter, friendly competition, a few very heated debates over answers, and an incredible community coming together for a cause that matters.

We are so grateful to everyone who came along and made the night such a success. You showed up, you gave generously, and the amount raised to support people in our community experiencing homelessness was truly humbling. Every bit of it will make a real difference.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to Andrew, our quiz master extraordinaire, who kept the energy high all night and made sure everyone had an absolute blast. You were brilliant.

And to our incredible volunteers who worked behind the scenes setting up, serving, and keeping everything running smoothly - we couldn't do any of this without you. You are the backbone of Holy Fools, and we are endlessly grateful.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward supporting people walking through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. Because of nights like this, we can keep showing up for them.

Congratulations to Neil and Flick for their Volunteer Awards given by Aaron Violi this morning! Both well deserved!

Flick works hard with us at Felix House, the ARC and with our outreach. She also volunteers at a couple of other organisations and helps others. Neil is our amazing waste manager at our Christmas Lunches as well as the Goodness Gracious Network.

Both deserve the recognition and awards for their selfless service. Thanks, guys!

We’re at the Yarra Ranges Council Volunteers Expo today - and it’s so encouraging to be alongside so many amazing local organisations.

Jamie has joined Neal to host the Holy Fools stand, and we’d genuinely love to meet you. If you’ve ever thought about volunteering (even just now and then), come have a chat and we’ll help you find a role that fits your time and strengths.

At the same time, we’re sending a huge cheer to two of our legends - Flick and Neil - who are receiving their volunteer awards at the **Aaron Violi Volunteer Awards** today. We’re proud of you both and so grateful for all you give.

If you’re at the Expo, come say hello - we’d love to meet some great people and hopefully welcome a few new volunteers into the Holy Fools community.
