Leeton Community Christmas Lunch Non Profit organisation.

The Leeton Community Christmas Lunch Committee had their first Christmas Party on December 17th 2010 at St Peters Hall Leeton and was attended by around 80 people. In 2013 we were once again at St Peters Hall BUT it was held on Christmas day & it was a very succesful day, so for the 2nd year in a row we will be having this lunch on Christmas Day. This is a non denominational Christmas lunches main

ly for people who don't have family or friends in Leeton and who would like to share a lunch time feast with other people. There is no alcohol served, but there will be Christmas carols, a full lunch with dessert and a happy vibe....just making sure that no one spends the day alone. We had a fantastic community response last year, SO MANY PEOPLE DONATED TIME, FOOD & MONEY....Leeton is a very generous and giving town.

Raffle tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5… the only change is we will be drawing it on Sunday instead of tomorrow…. When we will be NACATOLE Biscuits for next weeks street stall.

The committee would like to thank you everyone who purchased raffle tickets in our Mothers Day raffle. We have been busy buying and distributing some gifts to our nursing homes in town for all the beautiful mums in care.

The first prize went to Shirley Shirdon
and second prize to Des Marks.

So thank you once again and Happy Mother’s Day for tomorrow.
