The algal bloom warning from DEECA still remains in place.
NOTE :
1)Any queries re exact locations etc please contact DEECA directly. We only know what is posted by them.
2) Please keep in mind that the reports linked only cover cyanobacteria or Blue Green "Algae". They do not include other harmful algal species (e.g. Pseudo-Nitzschia and/or Karlodinium sp ) recently discovered. It would appear their continued presence in high numbers are the primary reason the lakes wide warnings remain in place.
