We are fortunate to be able to offer a Mental Health First Aid course here in Conjola. Please see details on the attached flyer. Bookings to this are free, cost covered by Rural Adversity Mental Health Program and sponsored by WE Women of Conjola.

Booking are through try booking, a limit of 24 people and closing date of Nov 10th.

A 12 hour course spread over 2 days to learn more about mental health and how to help people experiencing mental health issues.

Cunjurong Point Ramble
Grade: Easy
Distance: 4km
Meeting Point: Car Park end of Lake Conjola Entrance Road 9am

Details: Walk to Conjola Beach via the boardwalk and head north along the shoreline to Cunjurong Point. Stop off at Cunjurong Deli for refreshments. Ottawa Street leads to a track overlooking Green Island and to stairs heading down to Manyana Beach head south past Green Island (at low tide you can walk out to the island and a great swimming spot) return to carpark via the Lake or back along the beach and boardwalk.

Opportunity to have a swim for those so inclined.

🥾 BUSHWALKERS 🌿🌊

BUSHWALKERS WE ARE BACK AGAIN FROM MARCH!

Love exploring nature? Our Bushwalking group runs fortnightly on Mondays, led by an experienced bushwalker who carefully plans each route. Walks are mostly easy 5km return, with occasional longer hikes. We explore a mix of bush and beach terrain.

Join us on Monday 3rd March for an easy grade 6 to 7km walk to Florence Head for expansive views to the south and southwest, and a lookout to the east.

On return we will have morning tea at the Pointer Gap picnic area.

📍 Meeting Point: Conjola Bowlo car park, 9 AM
⏳ Return: Around 12 noon
