Kinglake CWA with a few friends did its second catering job this week. What a spread of sandwiches, cakes, biscuits and more! Then great raffle prizes donated as well. The visitors from Sunlight Whittlesea went back with a good share of prizes…glad you could come.
Thanks team for your efforts .. for a little group we can carry more than our weight! Over $500 raised for the Cancer Council.

Proceeds will go to Foundation Murrindindi to support those affected by the fires. This is a locally led team who make sure funds stay in the shire and support locally led recovery.

Wow pouch Team! What a day! Over 140 pouches and heat pack covers … all made from fleecy fabric donated by CWA ROSANNA BRANCH … sewn at Kinglake Ranges Neighbourhood House today. Yes we remembered the Black Saturday anniversary but this pays back some of the help we received then. Thank you to everyone..a fantastic result!
Second WELL DONE thank you to Georgia Bebbington who organised lots of her crafty friends to make and donate these magnificent knitted toys for distribution in fire affected areas. Having received one on Black Saturday she wanted to pay it forward.

Chicken Zucchini Bake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)
