At The UNSW Tea & Coffee Society, we regularly host a range of tea & coffee focused events both on and off-campus. Our events are a great way to meet new people and establish lifelong friendships with those who hold similar interests. Established in 2013 as The Tea Society, we have grown rapidly and expanded to become the Tea & Coffee Society from 2016. We were awarded the Arc New Club of the Year

Award for 2014 for all the effort we put in to make The Tea Society one of the best societies at UNSW. With over 500 official members in 2015 and 1000+ people in our Facebook group, we are a large society that continues to grow. Events we have held and attended in the past include:

Have you ever wanted to learn about coffee? 👀 TACsoc is running an educational coffee workshop in Civil Eng 109 on the Wednesday Week 5 from 4 to 6 pm. Get an introduction to the world of coffee and coffee brewing! 💕
You will learn about different varieties of coffee, what gives different coffee their flavour, and what you can do to ensure that your brew is the ⭐ BEST ⭐ it can be. You will also be given an introduction into the world of v60 coffee brewing.

🗓️ Date: 1st July, Wednesday Week 5, 4-6pm
📍 Location: Civil Eng 109
💵 Cost: $2 for TACsoc members / $3 for non-TACsoc members

Week 1 Special Ms Cattea CIC Announcement! 📣

The new term is starting soon, start it off strong by attending out our first CIC of the termヾ(＾∇＾)

For the first CIC of the term Ms Cattea🐱🍵 will be running a special workshop, bringing us an assortment of teas 🍃 from Yunnan which is known for a variety of teas. Join us to taste and learn about Yunnan tea and culture! 🫖🎉

The teas at the workshop are:

> 🍵 Sheng Puer 2018

Our schedule for the next term is:
- Odd weeks (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) - 11am to 1pm Tuesday
- Even weeks (4, 8, 10)* - 11am to 1pm Monday
