The Pilbara Community Men’s Shed (PCMS) invite you, both men and women, to become part of our group and support us as we start to make progress in finally providing premises for the Men’s Shed.

The opportunity to help shape a growing, community driven organisation.
A welcoming environment where men and women can build friendships and reduce isolation.

We understand many of you — especially local businesses — have already been incredibly generous with sponsorships and support, and we are truly grateful.

While we cannot yet offer extensive benefits in return, we can offer our honesty and assurance that we are working tirelessly to make the Pilbara Community Men’s Shed a long‑term success.

Our progress so far:
A lease has been signed for a block of land on Searipple Road
Our building application has been submitted
A shed design has been selected
We have strong backing from major Pilbara companies
We have an active fundraising mission

We are incredibly excited about the progress being made to date and can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Prize for the winning car valued at over $1000.

Have you ever been in a scavenger hunt/car rally? Well now is the time to give it a go. What is it? Amazing race around Karratha and surrounding areas in a car. The rally will take approximately 2-2.5 hours then the bbq, drinks and raffles afterwards.

Register your spot in the rally by texting us (Bec 0439385171 or Sue 0437676756), solve clues to find the next destination, and locate scavenger items along the way for bonus points. Don’t miss anything though, you could lose points too.

At the final destination you will be rewarded with a provided lunch, plus there will be raffles and silent auction so bring some cash. Some silent auction items include a framed signed WCE poster and a 2026 team signed Western Force ball.

Raffle prizes include a pamper pack, golf, meat, kids toys, vouchers and more.

Looking for something different to do on Sunday morning 30 August ?

This looks like a fantastic day out for anyone who loves exploring the Pilbara. 🚙☀️

The Starlight Car Rally is all about clues, great scenery, a few laughs, and supporting an incredible cause, with 100% of proceeds going to the Starlight Foundation to help seriously ill children and their families.

You don't need 4WD either – it's recommended, but not essential.

For $100 per car (up to 4 people), it sounds like a pretty fun day out with the family or a group of mates.

The Pilbara Community Men’s Shed will be helping out on the day assisting with cooking the BBQ lunch and selling raffles at the final venue. It’s a secret location for now but if you want to join in, please send Sue a message on this page or phone 043 76 76 756.
