We are back for Mystery Box Rally 2025!

After a hiatus in 2024, Team EF-it is back for another wildly entertaining fundraising journey with Paige Wallis, Chris Mackintosh, and their cantankerous Falcon rally car!

We just cracked the 3K mark!!

In typical low-key fashion, it came not from a bang, or a hand-out - but from another load of recycling put through the refund station at Kruger.

Every cent, every step. We’re getting closer to the fundraising target, we’re building the foundation for that cancer-free future. It’s not just about where we’ve been, or what we’ve done - it’s who we’re fighting for!

Photo shoot day at Drop Bear Garage!!

We’ll be running a sausage-sizzle fundraiser with our friends (and fellow rally team) “The Filthy Animals” on the 23rd of May to celebrate the opening of Drop Bear’s 4X4 Accessory Store!

Sometimes it’s not just about where you rally, but who you rally with! After supporting us through the ‘23 and ‘25 rallies, we are super excited that our good friends Nick and Tobi will be joining us for Mystery Box Rally 2026 - and will be lining up alongside us in Charleville in this outstanding 1993 Toyota Corolla Hatch!

Long-time followers and close-friends will know that Nick is our long-suffering mechanic, who has never failed to put up with us and our myriad of cars over the years. In fact, when Drop Bear Garage first moved to Goodna, Elfeba died in their driveway before we could leave for the Bundy rally in 2023! It was only with Nick’s superhuman efforts that we got to the start line, let alone the finish line, and he was there to help when we had to swap motors (TWICE) in the build-up to 2026.

Tobi is no less exceptional, and we can’t wait to see his artistic flair in costumes and creations on the road. We are truly blessed to be rallying with great people - and being able to share this experience with them is so special (looking at you, Mum and Dad).

We’re at $2287!!

The bottles and cans are helping - can YOU get us to $2300?!

Carrying motors in the back of the car makes a huge difference to the suspension, pleased to see she’s bounced back!!

Another day, another dollar!!

Thank you to those of you who have been contributing to our Cans for Cancer fundraiser up here in SE Qld!

We’re almost at the $2200 mark - and we should be there very soon (once some more recyclables are processed).

It’s been really great to also have some very positive discussions in the community driven by the big green beast!

We’re now at 43% of our overall fundraising target!! Never underestimate the power of the little people on the ground - our recycling program converted to another $40 in donations today!

So far our Cans for Cancer initiative has raised over $500 for research, treatment, and support - while contributing to our wider team total. None of this would be possible without the generous support of people in our community.

Every piece of this is cumulative, and every piece builds towards a greater whole! Can you spare $2 today?
