Here it is… our traditional Swiss/Italian Bullboar served on a potato rosti, with some rich napoli sauce and finely sliced radish…just one of the delectable taste sensations everyone got to enjoy on Friday night at our Spade to Blade Catering along with Hepburn Springs Brewing Co. fundraiser dinner. What a special created thanks to the generosity of Gary (spade to blade) Nick and Helen (Hepburn Springs brewing &co) donating 100% of the profits to our 2026 Festa.
I would like to take the opportunity on behalf of our committee to convey our deep gratitude and thanks for such amazing support to help make our Festa something our can feel very proud of.
Lastly to all who supported and purchased tickets we send you our sincere thanks and know that you all enjoyed a night of great flavour with the fantastic pairing of and along with great conversation.
