Mark your calendar 📆

We’re excited to let you know that The Push-Up Challenge is back in 2026 and you can support headspace Hastings again!

From 3 – 26 June, we will be pushing for better, together.

Your goal for the challenge will be 3,307 push-ups (or alternative exercises), which sadly represents the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2024.

By taking on the challenge and choosing headspace Hastings as your charity, you’ll be strengthening vital mental health services for young people and the family who support them.

Comment “I’m in” if you’re taking part this year, or tag someone to start building your team!

You can also visit headspace.org.au for more ways to look after your headspace.
