G’Day Glenrowan Market which is being hosted by the Glenrowan Warby Ranges Lions Club as a part of the Rural City of Wangaratta Council’s G’Day Glenrowan Day .

Join us on Saturday 3 October 2026 at Lions Park, Gladstone St, Glenrowan near the Ned Kelly Discovery Hub .The Market will run from 9am - 1pm

Browse stalls filled with handmade treasures, locally baked treats, fresh produce, local w**e, unique gifts and plants. Our local Face painters will be here. Children can also enjoy the Park's playground

Stop by the GWR Lions barbecue for a tasty bite, with proceeds used to support our local community.

Make a day of it in Glenrowan by exploring the historic township, visiting local businesses, admiring the wall murals, taking in the view from the Ned Kelly Discovery Centre, enjoying music in the park and snapping a selfie with Big Ned Kelly.

G’Day Glenrowan Market.

Come along and enjoy this year’s G’Day Glenrowan Market hosted by the Glenrowan Warby Ranges Lions Club in collaboration with the Rural City of Wangaratta Council.

Join us on Saturday 3 October 2026 at Lions Park, Gladstone St, Glenrowan opposite the Glenrowan Hotel.

The Market will run from 9am - 1pm

Glenrowan Warby Ranges Lions Club held its 11th Charter Anniversary Dinner at the King River Café, Oxley, on the evening of Thursday 16th July, with past and present members in attendance.

Members of the Benalla, Corowa, Moyhu and Wangaratta Lions Clubs also attended, as well as a member of the original Glenrowan Lions Club, Steve Fulton.

The Master of Ceremonies for the night was Past District Governor John Houghton OAM.

Stuart Whisson from Corowa presented GWRL Certificates of Appreciation to Glenrowan Warby Ranges Lions Charter members Ian Cooper and Craig Gibbs, as well as current members Russell and Karen Kelly.

District Governor Alison Kazenwadel installed the 2026–2027 Glenrowan Warby Ranges Lions board: President Warren Coles, Secretary Robin Coles and Treasurer Russell Kelly.

Warren Coles, the club’s only remaining Charter member, shared recollections from the past 11 years and presented the club’s new Honour Board.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make it a wonderful night of fellowship.

Well, what a great day weather wise today!

A big thank you to all of the Visitors and Locals who attended today’s market.

Thank you to all of our stallholders that attended today’s market which gave us a great variety of goodies for people to see and purchase.
Your support for our market whether it was your first time, or you are one of our regulars is very much appreciated.
I also would like to thank the stallholders who have shared our adverts for our market and advertised it on their own pages

Thank you to our local Fire Brigade and the Warby Engine Club for your displays today.

Special thank you to Jeff who did a fantastic job helping us prior to today’s event and again today.

To the Glenrowan Recreation Reserve for allowing us to hold our market there, thank you.

Also thank you to Wangaratta Lions Members Jo, John & Jennifer for assisting us with the BBQ.

Lastly to the Glenrowan Warby Ranges Lions members, Geoffrey, Maureen, Robyn, Jane, Russell ,Karen and Gill our volunteer for your great effort today, thank you.

Our Winter Market is an outdoor event
Come and check out the ever-growing variety of stalls which include local made products, chocolates & w**e, pottery, handmade treasures & unique gifts, fresh eggs, Clothing, plants, face painting and more. Plus a display from the Glenrowan Fire Brigade and the Warby Vintage Engine Club.
Be sure to stop by our Clubs Barbecue while you are there, as funds raised from our BBQ are used to support our local community.
Remember to allow some extra time to wander through our historic Township & visit our local Stores and Business’s.
