Ever feel like you’re speaking a completely different language to your teenager? 👀💭

You’re not alone! Understanding what’s happening beneath those big emotions and challenging moments can make a real difference.

Tuning in to Teens online program starts in Term 4 ✨ Free for all families to attend.

Tuning in to Teens gives parents and caregivers practical tools to better understand their teen’s emotions, respond with empathy, strengthen communication and connection, and support young people to manage big feelings.

Across 6 online sessions, you’ll build skills and confidence to navigate the teenage years while strengthening the relationship you have with your child 💛

And thanks to our Strong Communities Social Impact Fund, this program is FREE for all families.

⏰ 7:00pm–8:30pm
💻 Online each Wednesday for 6 weeks

If you’re a parent or caregiver of a teen, this is an opportunity to learn, connect and gain practical strategies that can support both you and your young person.

✨ And that’s a wrap on the 2026 Boyne Valley Women’s Retreat! ✨

What a beautiful weekend of connection, courage, laughter, reflection and community. 💗

A huge thank you to every incredible woman who joined us and helped make the retreat so special. Thank you for showing up, sharing your stories, supporting one another and bringing your whole, wonderful selves to the weekend.

To our amazing volunteers we thank you for all the behind-the-scenes love, energy and care that helped everything come together so seamlessly. 🌿

To our team & facilitators thank you for creating such meaningful spaces for connection, learning, growth and joy. We are so grateful for the wisdom and heart you shared.
