Once again, we want to acknowledge and thank you for your patience with not hearing from us. It’s been a whirlwind 2026 so far, and it’s hard to believe that in September, our newly welcomed family will have been with us for 12 months!

We're excited to have representatives from the Midwest Multicultural Association coming along to share their history, achievements, vision and plans too. Family friendly event. Some great news: CRISP is the pilot program that supported us to welcome a new family to Geraldton. Now, the Australia Government has made the program permanent! Many more households in danger and without stability or future prospects will have a chance to be welcomed and supported to build a new safe life in Australia. Now that is something to celebrate! 🙌

Community Refugee Sponsorship Australia (CRSA) is delighted to announce that it has been contracted by the Commonwealth Department of Home Affairs to deliver the Community Refugee Integration and Settlement Program (CRISP) across Australia as a permanent program, from 1 July 2026.
