We had a jump in numbers today, with quite a few visitors joining us out on the foreshore. With international visitors from Mexico, Paris and the USA, interstate friends from Queensland, Victoria and NSW and locals from Kalgoorlie, Albany and Perth... it is always wonderful to hear stories and adventures from our visitors.
Today also saw a few new locals to parkrun, we hope you enjoyed it and come again.
Thanks to the volunteers who make this weekly event possible, you are treasured with your smiles and commitment. See you all next week

What a magic morning for a parkrun. Welcome to all you first timers, great to have you along! Well done to all those PB's, awesome to see you pushing yourselves. No milestones today but a huge thank you to all the volunteers today, remember if you'd like to give back to parkrun, considering volunteering. It doesn't have to be every weekend, just once every now and then helps out. Have a great weekend and we'll sese you next weekend.

Happy Windy Friday, thankfully the forecast for tomorrow wont be like this. Last week was a little light on but we still had come PB's get cracked. The best kind of Saturday smiles 😁

There's something pretty special about the smiles on the faces of 52 people who have just run, jogged or walked the Esperance Foreshore parkrun. Whether they flew around the course or took it at their own pace, every one of the smiles at the finish flags tells the same story - good people, fresh air, a little movement and a great start to the weekend! 💕

Thank you to our Heroes in the cold. Our amazing volunteers who braved the chilly morning to make sure everyone had a warm welcome, plenty of encouragement and a safe course! Our volunteers were proving dedication comes with a side of frozen fingers and a Rudolph nose, thank you for making parkrun happen.

Good morning Esperance parkrunners and walkers. Fabulous morning for a run/walk along the beautiful foreshore. Welcome to our first timers and well done to those PB's. It's almost like some of you are training for an up and coming Fun Run 😜. Congratulations to Terry Landers notching up his 100th volunteer milestone. Thanks to Kathy May and Jay Hayes for sticking your hands up to help volunteer for the first time, its not that scary at all. Thank you as always to our amazing volunteers for making this happen every weekend rail hail or shine, you guys rock!!🤛

66 finishers and 13 volunteers were outside enjoying the magnificent winters morning that welcomed parkrun today. The sun was out, the breeze was kind and the smiles were wide.
