In a welcome 'return to work' MLG volunteers were at Noble Park Uniting Church this morning.
Among the goods packed were almost 100 Backpack Pasifika backpacks!
Thanks to all those who have shared filled backpacks and money!

Late last year Mission Liaison Group sent a shipping container to Tonga. All goods were to go to Vava'u, the northern island group. Among the goods were filled backpacks from Backpack Pasifika.
This week we rececived photographs from Lady Louena Tu'i'afitu, our contact and great friend.
It's worth noting that the beginning of May is a busy time in Tonga. The first Sunday is Children's Sunday when children of all ages take part in Church services. The second Sunday is, of course, Mother's dDay. The week following is Family Week. And finally the third Sunday is Father's Day.
