Smoke Detectors Work
Want to get your long-battery-life smoke detector installed for free?

ALSO - if you have existing smoke detectors, it is time to check and replace batteries.

BTW note from editor - I met up with some friends on the weekend, and they showed me a photo of their combustion wood heater that had a chimney fire, two days ago. The whole chimney pipe was glowing red hot at 2:30am. Fortunately, the smoke detector went off and woke them up; otherwise the alternative scenario could have been terrible.

....DOCTORS CLINIC CANCELLED THIS FRIDAY....

Elmhurst Bush Nursing Centre has been advised by Ararat Medical Centre that Dr Pretorius is not able to attend this Friday the 29/5/26.
Staff are currently informing all clients who had a booking.
