A lot of magic happens behind the scenes, and the workload is shared across a passionate, fun, community-driven team 💛🫱🏼🫲🏽
As we head into our Annual General Meeting, we’re inviting locals to consider joining us in one of the following roles 👇🏼
🎄 President – A keen negotiator 🤝💡 who can juggle ideas, guide decision-making, and keep the best interests of our volunteers, community, and punters at heart ❤️
📋 Secretary – Keeps everyone organised, on track, and in the loop 🗂️✔️
💰 Treasurer – Manages the financials and keeps a close eye on spending 📊👀
🍭 Purchasing Officer – Does the homework on our lollies and supplies, making sure everything fits within our event planning and modelling 📝🎁
📱 Social Media Guru – Handles our online communications and keeps the community in the loop 💬📸
🫱🏼🫲🏽 Sponsorship Liaison – Works with local businesses (big & small) to turn generosity into wheels on the road 🚗🎁
🛷 Sleigh Sub-Committee – Keeps the wheels turning and the bling blinging ✨🔧
