🎉 Congratulations to Camilla Ward Camilla Ward, winner of the CrACN Creative Pitch Night, for her moving proposal to further develop "My Echoes of Memory" — an intimate, interactive theatre experience that blends research, music and personal storytelling.

In "My Echoes of Memory", audience members share meaningful songs, weaving a powerful collective narrative that explores the deep connection between music and memory. This participatory pilot project highlights music’s therapeutic potential and celebrates the arts as vital to community connection, healing and emotional well-being.

A huge thank you to our other incredible pitchers — Erifili Davis, Michael Davis, and Kim Macrae — for sharing your creative ideas with such passion and generosity.

And thank you to everyone who came along, cast their vote, and helped make the night such a success.

The event was held at the Black Box Theatre as part of the CREATIVE Unboxed Sessions, proudly supported by Western Plains Cultural Centre and Studio 138.

CrACN Creative Pitch - micro-funding opportunity for creatives

📣 Update: Now Free + BYO!

We’ve simplified things for CrACN’s Micro-Funding Pitch Night on Thursday 22 May — and it’s now completely free to attend!

🍲 No tickets, no soup — just BYO snacks or drinks and come along for a fun, casual night of creativity and community.

🎤 5 local creatives will each have 3 minutes to pitch their project — all art forms welcome. The audience (that’s you!) will vote, and the winning idea walks away with $500 to make it happen.

🗳 You don’t need to be a CrACN member to attend or vote — everyone’s welcome!
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family friendly, relaxed vibe.
