Come late July through September, the mid-west of Western Australia comes alive with a kaleidoscopic burst of native wildflowers. 🌼🌻🌺
Enthusiasts flock from all over the world to witness it, bees lap it up while they can, and nectar-loving birds feast like there’s no tomorrow. Most famously, carpets of pink and white everlastings dominate the landscape, and for a few short months, humans gracefully skip across technicolour meadows.
Wanarra, adjoining our Charles Darwin Reserve, is one of the places where this otherworldly display takes hold, and transforms the landscape.
We are currently working towards a rare opportunity to purchase and protect Wanarra and other places like it. Our goal is to raise $4.6 million by June 30. Donate now via the link in comments and your donation will be doubled thanks to a few generous donors, up to $1.5 million!
