Nothing beats a warm, comforting pie on a cold night. This Curried Lentil Pie is as kind to your budget as it is to your tastebuds. Tinned lentils, veggies and a fluffy mashed potato top come together for a filling family meal that costs a fraction of a meat pie, without skimping on flavour.
The recipe serves 6, so it's perfect for stretching the grocery budget a little further this week.
