🩷 FREE Punjabi Giddha Classes | All Girls & Women Welcome 🩷

Looking for a fun way to stay active, make friends and connect with Punjabi culture?

Our FREE community-led Punjabi Giddha classes are now running and we would love to welcome more participants from Diggers Rest, Sunbury, Melton, Caroline Springs, Taylors Lakes, Deer Park, Rockbank, Bacchus Marsh and surrounding suburbs.

✅ Completely FREE ✅ No experience required ✅ Open to girls and women of all ages ✅ Friendly and welcoming environment ✅ Learn traditional Punjabi Giddha ✅ Build confidence and stay active

📍 Diggers Rest Community Pavilion 🕕 Every Monday, 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

We already have a wonderful group of local women and girls attending each week, but there is always room for more.

Gurpurab 2025 – Diggers Rest: Sangat, Seva & Spirit

They tell the story better than words ever could.
This wasn’t just an event—it was a living example of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s teachings: Naam Japna, Kirat Karni, Vand Chakna.
On this day, our community came together with love and devotion.
Our mothers and sisters from Diggers Rest Women’s Group cooked delicious food that became Prasad for everyone.
New volunteers stepped forward, doing Sewa for the first time.
Moments like these remind us how blessed we are to live in such a caring community.
Special thanks to Kulwinder Kaur for her help with Langar preparation.
And to every parent who brought their children and encouraged them to learn about Sikh history—your effort matters.
Event Highlights:

Soulful Kirtan that filled the hall with peace
Kids’ Q&A on Sikh history—knowledge is the real prize

This is what community looks like.
