I had the pleasure of meeting with Ash from the SA Ambulance Service in Mt Barker today, who was delighted to accept our donation of knitted dolls. These will be carried in their ambulances to give their younger patients.
I would like to extend my gratitude to Ash and the Mt Barker team for their dedicated service to our community.

The SACWA State Handicraft Committee is running a Kids Crochet workshop in the SA July 2026 School Holidays.
Your kit will include everything you need to learn how to crochet.
Learn how to chain stitch, double crochet and treble crochet stitches and how to read a crochet pattern.

☕ Volunteers Needed for the SACWA Country Café ☕
Every year, hundreds of visitors enjoy the warm hospitality, home-style cooking and famous scones served by our dedicated volunteers at the Royal Adelaide Show.
We are now seeking volunteers to assist both during our pre-show preparations and throughout the Show itself. Whether you are a current member, former member, family member or simply someone who enjoys being part of a friendly community team, we would love to hear from you.
Volunteering is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, support an important fundraiser for The South Australian Country Women's Association Inc., and help showcase the work we do across South Australia.
No experience is necessary — just a willingness to lend a hand and enjoy being part of a great team.
