👀Maddy & Co deliver a range of services and support to help the community and businesses in the local area and beyond. Including but not limited to
👉maintaining Workshops and Events, 👉support Business Start Ups, 👉managing Member requests, 👉Maintain Retail stockists and 👉Coworking space, 👉ensuring the Site is open and accessible (plus throw in a few laughs, relaxation and happiness along the way🤣)
🗣We are sourcing a “Site Supervisor” at our Haberfield CoLab, CoCreate, CoStudio to work with our Members, Stockists, Co Workers, Partners, Workshop staff and to support the community face to face and via the Community and Business Solution Helpdesk.
✅ The successful applicant will support a team of 4-6 dynamic individuals plus a Team Leader to work alongside you in the everyday operational aspects of the Haberfield Site. In addition the successful applicant would be apart of the Management Team to ensure we are delivering a sustainable model to “give back to others” while maintaining commercial viability.

✍🏼What Is sone If the prerequisites for the “Site Supervisor” Position?
👉3-5 years in the Community and/or Business Service Sector Including all Industries
👉Ability to manage people and teams
👉Strong Communication and analytical Skills
👉Ability to take part of creating and delivering Programs (with support), Workshop Budgets and Proposals, and Co-Working Service planning, Program ex*****on and Service model is delivered
👉Run regular “Community and Business” consultations sessions, events and workshops (group and individual) to identify gaps
👉Support Maddy & Co’s Silent Warriors Podcast
👉Staff Management experience is essential as Performance management is involved. (With Maddy & Co’s support of course) and with the aim to increase knowledge and training for staff and Volunteers
👉Report directly to the CoFounders
👉Previous experience in an Artistic Workshop space, Retail/Hospitality, Manufacturing Industry, Trades, Services/ Delivery,
Knowledge of Workforce Australia, IES, NDIS, Aged Care or DES is desirable. But NOT essential
🏬 Site Management experience is not a must! (As this can be trained).

👣Maddy & Co are also willing to split the role for the right people to include Parents with school age kids, Mature Age, People with a Disability ect….…. We are happy to train the right PERSON as it’s the “personality” that brings the essence into our workplace and in everything we do and touch.
👉Some weekend work is essential and the ability to travel to particular events out of state maybe required (on a negotiation basis)

💴 Salary: Negotiable on Experience
⏰ Hours: 8am to 8 pm (hence a split role)
