Sometimes support is needed for more than just the everyday essentials.

If you or someone you know is doing it tough, please reach out. We may be able to help with one of our specialised hampers, including:

🎂 Children’s birthday hampers
👶 New baby hampers
Other specialised support where we can help.

There is no shame in asking for a little help. Our aim is to support local families with kindness, dignity and compassion.

What a wonderful evening at the Bunnings Gympie Community Networking Event!

We were truly honoured to receive a community award nomination, and we’re so grateful to Bunnings Gympie for recognising the dedication of local community groups and volunteers who work hard to make a positive difference every day.

A special thank you to the Bunnings Gympie team for your ongoing support of Beach + Bay Community Pantry. The opportunity to host sausage sizzles has helped us raise valuable funds, allowing us to continue providing practical support to people in our community when they need it most.

Congratulations to all of the incredible individuals and organisations recognised on the night. It’s inspiring to be part of a community that cares so deeply for one another.

🤲 Working Together for Community Support

Beach + Bay Community Pantry have had the privilege of presenting a collection of Homeless Hampers to the Gympie Winter Shelter.

Each hamper has been packed with essential items to provide care and support for people experiencing homelessness during these colder months. While no hamper can solve every challenge, it reflects our ongoing commitment to providing practical support, responding to genuine need, and treating every person with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Thank you to everyone who has donated goods, supported our pantry, or volunteered their time. Your kindness makes initiatives like this possible and helps us reach those who need it most.

We’d also like to thank the incredible team at the Gympie Winter Shelter for the compassionate work they do in supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our community. It is a privilege to partner with organisations making such a meaningful difference 💛

🎉 Children’s Birthday Hampers 🎁

At Beach + Bay Community Pantry, we love being able to help make children’s birthdays a little more special for families doing it tough 💛

If you’re in need of a birthday hamper for your child, or know of, please feel free to reach out to us via private message with your request. We understand that times can be challenging, and we’re here to support where we can.

To ensure fairness and help as many families as possible, we kindly ask that requests are made thoughtfully and that our community respects that these hampers are for those genuinely in need. We may not be able to meet every request, but we will always do our best.
We also ask those who have already received a birthday hamper recently, please allow us the opportunity to help new families currently in need 🙏

We also encourage our community to continue looking out for one another and to share this opportunity with care 💫

What a beautiful morning celebrating the amazing mums in our community 💐

Our Mother’s Day Morning Tea was such a wonderful success! It was so special to see so many families come together to enjoy good food, laughter, and connection. From the fun activities and lucky door prizes to the warm conversations shared over tea, the room was filled with joy and appreciation.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the day so meaningful.
We are especially grateful to Mini Mosca and House of Relaxation for their generous donations and our wonderful volunteers …
