We’re excited to welcome the R U OK? Conversation Convoy into town, and to celebrate, you’re invited to a FREE R U OK? Community BBQ at Central Park!

Come down, be part of the atmosphere, and enjoy a relaxed, friendly space where we can connect as a community and remind each other that a simple conversation can make a big difference.

On the day you can:

• Grab a free BBQ lunch

• Connect with others in your community

• Pick up tips and resources

• Have a chat about how to support yourself or someone else who might be struggling

🔹 Service Providers

StandBy is accessible seven days a week, providing free face-to face and/or telephone support at a time and place that is best for each individual.

Community Su***de Prevention Training – Collie

Talking about su***de can feel difficult — but learning how to have these conversations can save lives.

Community members in Collie are invited to attend a Half-day Community Su***de Prevention Training delivered by Wesley LifeForce. This free workshop will build practical skills and confidence to recognise when someone may be struggling and how to respond safely and supportively.

Participants will learn how to:
• Recognise signs someone may be at risk of su***de
• Communicate in a supportive and appropriate way
• Ask directly about su***de when someone may be struggling
• Connect people with help and support

This training is suitable for community members, volunteers, workers, and anyone who wants to better support people in their community.
