This was on another site. Come on quizzers, tell him what it is???

I was wondering if someone could identify the make, model and year of the car shown here? The man is my uncle who I didn’t know very well. I do remember visiting my uncle on his farm when I was about 10 years old. He gave me a ride on his big tractor. He passed a year or so later.
