💚 Dandenong Ranges Emergency Relief Service offers practical support for people and families experiencing financial hardship, including emergency food relief and assistance in times of need.

🧠 Mind Cafe by Mi SmartLife provides a welcoming, confidential space for emotional support, mindfulness, stress management, wellbeing guidance and early intervention. No judgement, just a caring conversation when you need it.
