Please help us raise money for Chaplains Neale and Kirra.
The Cleveland High Chaplaincy Support Team are organising an Election Day Bake Sale and Democracy Sausage BBQ on 3 May 2025 to raise money for the Cleveland High Chaplaincy.
Could you help? We will need people on the BBQ, and selling yummy baked goods, so please let us know if you are free on that day.
Most importantly, we are calling out for an amazing team of bakers willing to donate their time and ingredients to make up delicious $2 portions of savoury or sweet treats.
Please help us make this sale a success!
Instructions for Bakers:
Please let us know what you can make: eg. Slices, cookies, cakes.
Package them individually in $2 portions in clear zip lock bags.
Every portion needs to have an ‘Ingredients List’ attached to each zip lock bag. Note if it is suitable for gluten/nut/dairy/vegan diets.
Drop off to Cleveland High Chaplaincy on Friday 2 May, or at the Cleveland High polling station by 8am on Saturday 3 May.
Message us for more details, to volunteer on the day, or to let us know if you are able to bake.
