আহ্বান: ভোটগার্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল বাংলাদেশ অধ্যায় প্রতিষ্ঠা
ভোটগার্ড ইন্টারন্যাশনাল বাংলাদেশে একটি অধ্যায় (চ্যাপ্টার) চালু করতে আগ্রহী।
আপনি যদি কোনো রাজনৈতিক দলের সঙ্গে সম্পৃক্ত না হন এবং আমাদের নীতিমালা ও কার্যক্রমকে সমর্থন করেন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে এখানে আপনার আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করুন।
VoteGuard International Ltd একটি অস্ট্রেলিয়াভিত্তিক আন্তর্জাতিক অলাভজনক সংস্থা, যা বিশ্বব্যাপী জনগণের নির্বাচনী কর্তৃত্ব রক্ষার জন্য কাজ করে।
আমরা লক্ষ্য করি যে বহু-দলীয় ব্যবস্থার দেশগুলো খুব কম ক্ষেত্রেই নির্বাচনী জালিয়াতিকে রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহ হিসেবে গণ্য করে, যদিও এসব ব্যবস্থার তাত্ত্বিক ভিত্তি হলো—জনগণই রাষ্ট্র।
এই কারণেই আমাদের সংস্থাটি ব্যতিক্রমী; বিশ্বে আমরাই প্রথম আন্তর্জাতিক সংগঠন যারা নির্বাচনী জালিয়াতিকে রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহ হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দেওয়ার পক্ষে কাজ করে ।
আমাদের কার্যক্রম পরিচালিত হয় নিম্নোক্ত মূল স্লোগানগুলো নিয়ে:
“জনগণই রাষ্ট্র”
“নির্বাচনী জালিয়াতি একটি নীরব অভ্যুত্থান”
“নির্বাচনী জালিয়াতি রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহ”
* আমরা কাজ করি যাতে বহু-দলীয় নির্বাচনী ব্যবস্থা থাকা দেশগুলো নির্বাচনী জালিয়াতিকে রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহ হিসেবে গণ্য করে।
* আমরা এই অপরাধের জন্য সর্বোচ্চ আইনি শাস্তির পক্ষে অবস্থান গ্রহণ করি।
** আমাদের কার্যক্রমের মধ্যে রয়েছে:
নির্বাচনী জালিয়াতিকে রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহ হিসেবে গণ্য করা কেন প্রয়োজন এবং কেন সর্বোচ্চ শাস্তি যৌক্তিক—এ বিষয়ে জনসচেতনতা তৈরি করা।
** নির্বাচনী জালিয়াতি সংক্রান্ত একটি বৈশ্বিক মডেল রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহ আইন প্রণয়ন এবং তা বিভিন্ন দেশের কাছে উপস্থাপন করা।
** প্রতিবছর একটি বৈশ্বিক গবেষণা প্রতিবেদন ও হালনাগাদ সূচক প্রকাশ করা।
** দেশগুলোকে নির্বাচনী জালিয়াতিকে রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহ হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দিতে এবং সর্বোচ্চ শাস্তি প্রবর্তনে উৎসাহিত করতে অনলাইন পিটিশন করা।
** ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে সারা বিশ্বে বিভিন্ন পর্যায়ের ব্যক্তিদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে ব্যাখ্যা করা কেন নির্বাচনী জালিয়াতিকে রাষ্ট্রদ্রোহ হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা জরুরি এবং কেন সর্বোচ্চ শাস্তি প্রয়োজন।

VoteGuard International is seeking to establish a chapter in Bangladesh.
If you are not affiliated with any political party and support our policies and activities, please express your interest here.
VoteGuard International Ltd is an Australia-based international nonprofit organisation working worldwide to defend the electorate’s authority to choose their government.
We observe that countries with multiparty systems rarely treat electoral fraud as treason, even though such systems are theoretically based on the principle that the people are the state.
For this reason, our organisation is unique; we are the first international organisation globally to advocate for recognising electoral fraud as treason.
Our work is guided by the following core slogans:
“The People are the State”
“Electoral Fraud is a Silent Coup”
“Electoral Fraud is Treason”
* We work to ensure that countries with multiparty electoral systems treat electoral fraud as treason.
* We advocate for the highest legal punishment for this offence.
Our activities include:
**Raising public awareness about why electoral fraud must be treated as treason and why the highest punishment is justified.
** Developing a global model treason law on electoral fraud and presenting this model law to countries.
** Publishing an annual global research report along with an updated index.
** Conducting online petitions urging countries to recognise electoral fraud as treason and to introduce the highest punishment for this offence.
** Communicating by email with individuals at various levels worldwide to explain why electoral fraud must be treated as treason and why the highest punishment is necessary.
