May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to remind one another that even in difficult moments, hope and connection matter. Through the Chelmsford Su***de Prevention Coalition’s Finding Light Through the Darkness community photo project, residents are invited to reflect on what brings them light and strength. By sharing images that represent hope, resilience, and support, we come together as a community to reduce stigma, spark conversation, and remind one another that no one is alone.
