💛 ANNOUNCING OUR 2026 CHARITY BALL BENEFICIARY! 💛
The Charters Towers Charity Ball Association Inc. is incredibly proud to announce that OUR TOWN ASSOCIATION INC. has been selected as the beneficiary of the 2026 Goldtower Charters Towers Charity Ball! ✨
Our Town Association is a local, volunteer-run charity making a meaningful difference to individuals and families throughout Charters Towers and the surrounding region.
💛 So, what do they do?
Our Town Association provides essential medical and mobility equipment to locals, completely free of charge. This includes equipment such as wheelchairs, walking frames, crutches, shower chairs and hospital beds to support people with illness, injury, disability, age-related needs or recovery at home.
Their work helps people maintain their independence, remain comfortable in their own homes and access the support they need.
What makes their work even more special is that the organisation is powered by volunteers, with funds raised through community donations, markets and raffles going towards providing equipment and supporting local needs.
As demand for these services continues to grow, community support is more important than ever.
We’re honoured to support an organisation that generously gives back to our community and we look forward to raising funds to help them continue their work.
Every ticket purchased, sponsorship secured, raffle entered and auction bid placed will help us make a difference right here in our own backyard.
