Yesterday the DRLC had the pleasure of hosting a lunch at The Rix, Charters Towers where we celebrated milestone commitments for volunteering services with Lion's International for a few of our members. We were pleased to have present our Zone Chairman Saraha to present the certificates.

We recognised Jacqueline Bowman for 20yrs service, Ray Bowman for for 20yrs service, Kim Farmer for 15yrs service & Susan Farmer for 15yrs service.

Thank you again to Jacqui, Ray, Kim & Sue for volunteering your services to our club and community. A must deserved celebration.

Recently the Dalrymple Regional Lion's Club was able to donate to the Richmond Hill State School (Charters Towers) Community Fund.

Kim Farmer and Tess Arnold attended a thank you award ceremony at Richmond Hill State School (see photos) where they were presented with a certificate of thanks for the donation DRLC made to the Richmond Hill State School Community Fund.

Here Kim was able to speak to the students and teachers about what the DRLC and Lion's International is about and what we do for our community and others.

Thank you Richmond Hill State School for recognising our donation and allowing us to share our passion for helping others and the community.

Thank you so much for having us again Aussie Outback Oasis Holiday Park.Jane & Jason, you guys do an amazing job at your park.
Can't wait to see you next year.

A huge thank you to the hardworking team at the Dalrymple Regional Lions Club, who give up their Sunday evenings during our peak season to treat our guests to a delicious three course roast dinner.
Last Sunday was our last roast of the year, with over 50 full bellies, just some of the hundreds of meals cooked this year.
We’re proud to partner with the Lions with their fundraising for our local community. See you next year, guys!
