Nulkaba parkrun

Nulkaba parkrun Nulkaba parkrun is a free, timed 5km group event on grassed course at 8am every Saturday morning.

Nulkaba parkrun welcomes people of all backgrounds and all fitness levels, abilities and ages, both as volunteers and participants, irrespective of gender, socio-economic status, ethnicity, disability, or mental health status. The 5km course can be ran or walked, and we have no time limit, with a volunter Tailwalker always being the last finisher. Event Team

A great Parkrun / walk today

A huge 159.

Lots of visitors Lots of nice comments about the course and how friendly everyone was

Matt as always did a fantastic job as RD as did his assistant Sam

The Vollies were superb

Jeremy Campbell did a PB time of 17.19. FAST

Anthony Lawrence did a great PB. Well under 33 mins

This Saturdays Run / Walk

The weather is looking good.
No rain and a top of 22 degrees.

Parking inside the school opens at 730am Enter from Lomas lane

Matt is our RD this week and our super photographer , Elaina is back again

Dont forget the great Zambreros deal. Pay for a Burrito or Bowl and get a second one for free
Available all day saturday. All you need to do is to show your Parkrun results email or Volunteer thankyou email

And a lot of us go to the Airport cafe after Parkrun / walk.
